Certain data may be collected automatically during the installation or use of Prism Stadium Clash. Additional information may be processed when necessary to operate the game and deliver its features. The types of information that may be collected include:

The Service Provider may disclose information supplied by users or collected automatically in the following situations:

When disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the Service Provider's legal rights, safeguard users or other individuals, investigate suspected fraud, or respond to a lawful request from a public authority.
When information must be provided to authorized contractors or service providers performing tasks on behalf of the Service Provider. Such parties must comply with applicable confidentiality and data protection requirements and may not independently use the information for unrelated purposes.
Opt-Out Rights
Users who no longer wish to have additional information collected through Prism Stadium Clash can stop using the Application and uninstall it from their devices. Removal prevents the game from continuing to collect information through that installation. However, data already shared with the Service Provider or external providers may remain stored in accordance with applicable retention requirements and the relevant providers' policies.

Data Retention Policy
The length of time information is retained depends on its purpose, the nature of the data, and any applicable legal obligations. The following general retention periods may apply:
Information Provided by Users: Ordinarily retained while the user uses the Application and for up to 12 months after use ends, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
Automatically Collected Information: Generally retained for up to 24 months from the date of collection, unless a longer period is necessary for legal or other legitimate purposes.
Aggregated or Anonymized Information: May be kept indefinitely when it can no longer reasonably be linked to an identifiable person.
Information Required for Legal Compliance: Retained for the period specified by the relevant laws or regulatory obligations.

Please note that deleting particular information may limit access to certain features or affect how some parts of the Application function.
Children
Prism Stadium Clash is not designed specifically for children under the age of 13 or any higher minimum age required by the laws applicable in the user's jurisdiction. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal information from children or intentionally direct the Application's promotion toward them.
Where parental or guardian authorization is legally required, children must not use the Application without the necessary authorization. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in circumstances where such collection is prohibited by applicable law.
If the Service Provider discovers that personal information has been collected from a child in violation of applicable requirements, reasonable steps will be taken to delete the information within an appropriate period. Security
The Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards intended to protect information processed through Prism Stadium Clash. Depending on the circumstances, these safeguards may include technical security measures, organizational procedures, and physical protections designed to minimize the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or loss of information.
Although reasonable precautions are taken, no method of electronic storage or data transmission can be guaranteed to provide absolute security.
Data Breach Notification
If a security incident compromises personal information, the Service Provider will notify affected individuals or relevant authorities when required by applicable law. Where appropriate and legally necessary, notifications may explain the general circumstances of the incident and the steps taken to investigate, limit, and resolve its consequences.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect modifications to Prism Stadium Clash, changes in applicable legislation, new technologies, or adjustments to information-handling practices.
